The developer will be responsible for creating stunning, dynamic online and mobile user interfaces using rich, visual designs. The company's cyber-threat intelligence services enable customers to quickly keep up with dynamic threats, learn from them, and counter them efficiently. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the platform for user experience that serves all of the products of the organization
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience for all Network Security Products
  • Encourage the team and the larger business to develop ideas for solutions that the customers will love
  • Own essential Web User Interface modules and components for the company's network security solutions

Summary/Objective

 

A Web Developer creates and maintains public-facing websites and applications for internal use by the Company. This includes creating custom applications and web interfaces, as well as maintaining and updating software to meet the evolving business needs. You will also assist with application deployment and provide ongoing support to employees using the software and website.

Essential Functions

  • Create and manage a multisite website environment with ecommerce capabilities that may vary by location.
  • Integrate website ecommerce orders with backend ERP for improved workflow.
  • Analyze functional requirements and design website to facilitate online orders.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom software using a variety of programming languages and platforms.
  • Convert existing websites into new platform.
  • Provide technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving user’s problems with software systems.
  • Evaluates existing software systems and makes recommendations for improvements and upgrades to improve the customer experience.
  • Deploy software and assist in transitioning from existing systems.
  • Collaborates with other employees to research and resolve problems.
  • Collaborates with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to computer programs.
  • Works with the CTO and IT Directors to facilitate a comprehensive IT/Operations Strategy.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Ensures software stability via regression, support quality assurance, and perform unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs.
  • Makes small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger projects, and suggest solutions to improve existing websites.
  • Performs UI design and coding and create reusable objects and wireframes for web pages and email templates.
